dude, i need help. I'm stuck on this part where i can't progress, the only buttons i have are the listen. advise, ask and talk. I can't talk. there's no more advise and the ask is just the ambiance and the explore.
I apologize for that. Could you perhaps explain where exactly you are in the game?
My assumption is that you might be at this point:
Is it after the talk where you choose a longer sequence of two choices, Myrddin appears slightly over the textbox, and afterward he is not in the mood for most things?
Hii! I really love this game, and I can't wait to see what more you do with it, but I'm stuck on this one part? When Myrddin turns into a chibi the second time and you have to ask questions nothing pops up for me, and I was confused on how to progress the game? Can anyone help me?
There should only be one section where he turns into that, and after he turns back, he should remain normal. Was he normal first and then suddenly turned into chibi again?
In case I am misunderstanding, and he did not actually turn from normal to chibi again, then to proceed, you would need to complete the other interactions too, such as talk, fact, and joke.
I received this bug report earlier and have already fixed it. If it isn’t too much trouble ( I am assuming you are playing the downloaded version) please download the game again. That should resolve the issue!
I love virtual companion games! Especially since this one seems particularly insistent that I do all sorts of interactions with it so that it may imitate learn more! How fun. It's quite varied in its various options and reactions and I very much like that the underlying narrative (although very in-your-face) has a lot of deeper implications that can easily be missed or pieced together through the dialogue.
Of all the things to catch me off guard, it was the Indonesian language that jumpscared me,,, kak, jangan kaya gitu,, takut takutin aja.The art style is very...familiar.
I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH OMG!!!!!!!!!! I've played I twice since I first found it and I think this is so amazing, very excited for the next update of it. I love Myrddin so much he's so goofy and I need to consume all content like ever of him (I think I'm going to have to draw him like 50 times now) idc if he's not a human he deserves better than thisss
He is a person, or rather a thing, or an entity. As the book said, he created something to contain a power. He tried to hold it inside what he made, but that thing could not handle it—it cracked or deformed. But the question is: the deformation became self‑aware.
And why didn’t he destroy it? Is it really that strong, so much that he only locked it in a box because he couldn’t destroy it? And why did he create it in the first place? We don’t know if he is good or bad.
hi !!! i really love this game, and ive completed the only ending as of now !! myrddin is a cutie patootie whether or not hes manipulating and using me to escape, but was any AI used in the making of this? some of the illustrations looked a little ai, but its hard to tell anymore so i figured id just ask! love the game lots <3
Hey! I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed your time playing and reading!
I am currently a bit occupied, so I apologize for simply copying and pasting a previous comment of mine regarding a similar question:
To directly address your concern, the art used in Interact With Me! is not AI generated.
I have mentioned in earlier comments that I am working with a freelance artist to make developing the game more manageable. The artwork was made by that artist, who is also credited in the game’s credits.
So rest assured, the art is not stolen or AI generated!
tyty!! sorry, its probably pretty sucky to get people asking if the game you spent hours making was made by a soulless robot :/ im in love with this game though, cant wait for more ehe
And i shall plan on continuing as long as i do not miss the versions you put out, people love this novel and we all wait for it to provide more to the story! Thank you for making this.
I need to gather my thoughts, at least I'm a little right about Myrddin, but what the hell. That's uhh, hmm. Theorising, despite chapter 3 being so close, may have been a mistake.
Now that it's released, everything I noted and theorised has been flipped on its head. Oh my gods, To Myself, thank you for the feast. Your hard work has paid off. Please take your well-deserved rest & praise! I'm so stoked about the chapter's build-up and conclusion. I never even thought of the story heading in such a direction. Though I've been having a hard time loading my saves. Is it my PC tweaking out, or is it a bug?
You honestly don't know how happy I was when I saw him bleed! At least we know that he... or more so, itis an organic being. As of right now, I'm only going to dump my current ideas exclusive to chapter 3, I have not yet gotten into the game files, BUT- I have gotten into deciphering The Song of the Depths. Is that the full entry in Myrddin's "old book"? Maybe, probably. It might even be the other person's doing.
By other person, I'm calling them the Hat Man, based on how there's only one other character illustrated (in the interactive storysegment), the weird ahh mentions of silhouette, the mentions of another singular entity watching over Myrddin, the whispers, and the cold. The weird spike in mentions of the ocean, the cold, dark ocean. Especially the weird box-shaped hole the Hat Man presented to the "protagonist of the story" (Myrddin projecting alert Myrddin projecting alert). Haha, isn't it soooo weird that it's gotten so cold in the box that Myrddin is in, right?? It's like the box is in the deep ocean... or even one of the lakes, haha, so weird.
Anyhow, enough rambling, here's what I managed after going back and forth with base 64 and base 85. Figuring the ciphers out without guides is such a gratifying feeling, I can never get sick of it as a normie gamer. PLEASE skip the cipher sections of this comment if you want to figure it out yourself!
Original Cipher:
Once, the depths were steeped in harmony and peace.
The Five Rulers reigned over their sacred domains.
I was trying to open the GW file "The Song in the Depths", but I just couldn't since I barely understand howto read code and understand the syntax errors I was getting. While I AM in the process of figuring out GeneWeb, I hope someone out there with any know-how of this program can help us out and reveal what exactly is inthe GeneWeb version of the GW file, as opposed to the notepad plain text I have. Since I have no Idea what an Ebys is, I'm assuming that it's an error on my end. Sorry.
The Sillouhette's (or who I assume to be Myrddin in some way) crimson rain, apparently pierced the sentinels' armor, killed them, and killed the Fourth Domain's king as well as their people. Crazy. What's up with the weird mention of facial features???
Another thing, Mechan hit it right on the nail with their theory! So the world, or more so the universe that Myrddin is in, is more likely to be an independent universe that JUST so happens to have a connection to us players, as opposed to the theory where Myrddin and his world are man-made and created by people of OUR world. So he's not a line of code in-lore, got it. Or maybe??? Maybe not??
But, the Hat Man or whoever the third entity is- they said that Myrddin is kind of a failed project or prototype for an unknown purpose, made by something that should never be touched. Maybe it has something to do with the person who poured down crimson rain? Also, I'm getting the feeling that a "better" or more complete version of Myrddin was created after him, or is in the process of being created. Does this have something to do with the onomastics of Myrddin's origin? From what I remember of Mechan's comments, something to do with Myrddin Wyllt having a sister?
Uwarghh, I just needed to gush out my passing thoughts here before they're forgotten. Thank you for this banger chapter, ToMyself! You've been working hard, improving the game and the experience for us players. I just want to remind you that we appreciate you, not just your work! Thank you for letting us in on such a story! The game menu was amazingly done, and the animation was cute to look at! Totally didn't look at it for a while, searching for clues. All of the aesthetic changes made the game have a more polished look. I'm loving it more every update!
I have to admit, the first time the interactive segment happened, I was nearing 120bpm and clutching the desk with all lights- lamp included- on. I'm a person who cannot handle horror, let alone ambient + psychological horror, so that was an experience! I'm looking forward to more terrifying scenes and dialogue too, lolol. The spike in horror was amazing. I didn't know ToMyself would actually code something like that. Haha.
Chibi Myrddin is suspicious, too. What do you mean you feel exposed/vulnerable in that state and therefore dislike it? Hmmm, is that all there is to it, or is it THAT deep? Why did Myrddin express his dislike for that form in THAT way? That weird topic about blinking too. I'm going back to my recording and see if I missed anything during that scene. Honestly, after Hat Man was introduced, I was half-expecting them to pop out in the room physically or do some kind of jumpscare.
Hat man, were you one of the scarred survivors of the fourth domain? Did you want to use Myrddin to get revenge on that silhouette by piercing Myrddin with your rods just as that silhouette used their crimson? rain to pierce you and your people?
Anyhow, those are just my surface thoughts that formed right after the conclusion of chapter three, and I'm looking forward to how the game will develop in the future, as well as everyone else's theories, too!
LAST thing, the cube on this page, it wasn't glowing red before, I swear. It had no glow, the same thing in the game menu, in the animated background, the cube was emitting some type of glow while pulling particles in. Is it a piece of lore? Is it for aesthetic purposes? I'm not sure. Arghhhh.
Glad to be right about Myrddin to some extent, but I don't want to be on the Hat Man's side either. I KNOW Myrddin is just using the player and will most likely harm us in some way in the future, but the Hat Man has GOTTA be exaggerating. Is it because of their vendetta against Myrddin's origins? Is Myrddin's humanity TRULY artificial?? Why is there a key in the first place if you want it stuck in the box? What deal did you make? Is there a bet or a clause regarding Myrddin escaping successfully? It can't be THIS obvious, right?? No way that confirmation of Myrddin's true self can be obtained that easily. There's GOTTA be more to this, right? Idk, idk.
(During Myrddin's crucifixion scene, reading the Hat Man's book, I was kinda comparing Myrddin to a wild animal being whipped or tortured by someone in fear of the animal realising its power and ending up mauling the torturer. You know, like how Hat Man or whatever 3rd entity there is keeps violating Myrddin for every thought or attempt at freedom? Idk, idk. Because why'd they even do that if they know Myrddin's nature cannot be changed despite the torture, as they've said in the book.)
Yeahhhh, that's enough rambling, I'm going to the game files.
Update 1:
"The one with the face of another world.
The child of both worlds.
And just as suddenly as he had appeared, he vanished.
Leaving the remaining domains consumed by terror, forever dreading the day he might return.
Fearing the day they would be punished for their sins."
Limbus company Sinclaire reference is real 100%, but on a serious note, what do you mean by " child of both worlds?? Which worlds?? Is our world involved??? Also, fym sins. What'd you guys do??
Update 2:
Sharpest cookie living up to their name. Oh my gods, thank you for your theory!! Eating it up so hard, and it's such a solidly convincing theory too!! I love reading deep lore and theories, but I hate making them since I don't have the mental capacity or analytical mind to do so! I'm glad that this game is starting to blow up with an amazing influx of theorists and lore-keepers. Reading all of these theories has been a fun read, and I'm looking forward to how they'll develop with the upcoming chapters. Their theory about the Advice option, oh my gods. Advice brings up a hell of a lot of emotions, so it's a verrryyy good source of power. I only thought there were a lot of options since ToMyself wanted to get our guard down with Myrddin and be more vulnerable to him. Sharpest cookie, uwarghh, you're amazing.
Making solid theories and analysing games, especially game files, is mortifyingly hard as a normie. I have a newfound appreciation for theorists and lore keepers now, uwarghh, keep up the good work and thank you for your service!
…what do you mean some words aren’t meant for me, Myrddin???
It’s a crazy thing to see myself in there, though. Thank you for the jumpscare, ToMyself. Crazy honor. I’m a little curious about Sharpestcookie, though. Wonder what theirs will be like?
I've been reading your guy's discussions and theories (I am gathering all the contents I can from this game @.@) And I am so glad to see your thoughts on the update (hope that does not sound weird, I genuinely like reading theories from other ppl, is all). Thank you for deciphering the story, that is such an interesting read!! And with how. and also,,,
"I KNOW Myrddin is just using the player and will most likely harm us in some way in the future, but the Hat Man has GOTTA be exaggerating. "
YES YES, exact thoughts!!!! I like this aspect of the game a lot. Both of them CANNOT be telling the truth, or at the very least, are twisting the truth to for their benefit. AAAAAAA can't wait to see more of your guy's thoughts on the game
hi! i have to say the game has been incredible so far and I'm enjoying it a lot, but I'm stuck and not sure how to progress from here.
SPOILER WARNING!
after myrddin gets impaled and the unknown being forces me back to the main menu, i'm not sure how to progress in the game. pressing interact again just restarts the game and loading brings me back to where i saved last with no noticeable difference, and the same scene repeats. am I just supposed to play the game all over again and wait for something to change? is this the actual ending? or am i missing something?
I’m honored to hear that you had a good time playing! Many thanks!
Based on your description, yes, you have reached the current ending of the game. More specifically, you reached the ending of Chapter III, which is the newest version released recently.
The game is still in active development and will continue from where the latest chapter ended.
Hi, I'm really interested, the illustrations look beautiful. I'd like to know if it's available in Spanish or if there are any future plans to make it available in Spanish?
I can't deny it anymore, I WOULD get manipulated hard if someone was earnest (dunno if this is the right word) enough. I don't know if Myrddin is some kind of devil in disguise actually, atp idc I'll help him either way because I feel bad for him
Also, I just wanna say that you nailed down the atmosphere really well. In the first place, I'm not good with horror so the way the game would suddenly become creepy/scary unnerved and even scared me at times lol
I’ve been playing this game since version 0.2.5, and I was so excited for the 0.3 update when I saw the email notification! <33 ^^
I really enjoy this visual novel. I’m always scared when strange events happen in the game, but I also love them because it means you’ve done a great job with the psychological horror aspects (I love psychological horror! <3).
I LOVELovelove interacting with Myrddin sooo muchhh <33 He can be so silly sometimes… (or all the time? 👀). I love how he’s always drifting into whatever he loves and yapping about it! <33 ^^
My favorite way to interact with him is talking to him. I adore how he always comes up with the most random topics. I really LOVE answering his interesting questions! ^^ <33
Thank you for creating this game and Myrddin☁️🤎 I’m really looking forward to the next update ! ☁️🤎🫶🏻^^<33
I've started playing a couple of hours ago and I'm enjoying it a lot so far! :) I was wondering whether part of the dialogue has been generated or tweaked by AI? I've noticed the same speech patterns repeating throughout the gameplay that coincide with most AI's way of writing, for example, using "monotonous chunks" instead of commas, which make it sound a bit unnatural and repetitive. It's the only thing that distracts me from the story itself, but overall I'm looking forward to continuing playing!
First of all, I’m happy to hear that you have had an enjoyable time so far!
Thank you for playing!
There are three main reasons why I deliberately,(in the second case perhaps not quite so deliberately, haha) chose to have the dialogue the way it is.
…This became a bit longer than expected (apologies for that!) so I will place it into its own little window.
Please Read!
1. It is part of how I want the player to receive the story.
Sometimes I want to achieve a sort of “alien” and awkward feeling with the dialogue. Sometimes it is there to build a little unnecessary, or perhaps necessary, dramatic tension.
And sometimes it’s simply meant to show that Myrddin is actually considering his choice of words.
I actually like that you used the word “unnatural,” because that is very close to what I am aiming for.
I will not go into story details, since I don’t want to accidentally spoil anything, but there is quite a bit of intentional detail in the dialogue.
While it is strongly hinted at, rather than directly said, the language Myrddin (and… others use), in this case English, is not their primary language. It is a learned language.
Because of that, I would deliberately aim for this “unnatural and repetitive” feeling in any translation as well, if I ever pursue one.
2. Certain words are overused quite a bit, but that is most likely due to my lack of writing experience, as well as the fact that I am not a native English speaker.
You will probably encounter many sentences starting with “Like…”, “I see…”, “Or…”, or my personal favorite, “Well…”.
Or the simple use of “Oh…”, which I like using in comedic scenes (I am probably the only one who finds it funny in those moments lol.)
This also applies to the frequent use of ellipses.
Using ellipses is part of my writing style (I just looked it up, and there are 736 lines of only “…”, which… uff, haha.)
To me, they help build atmosphere. They suggest that the character is thinking, hesitating, considering something, or deliberately leaving space in the conversation.
To give an example from the game:
m “Something warm, maybe…?”
m “…”
m “Caramel?”
m “No…”
m “Too soft.”
m “…”
m “Toasted nuts?”
m “…”
m “Hmm.”
m “I cannot pin it down.”
If I wrote it with more connected lines instead, it might look like this:
m “Something warm, maybe…? Caramel? No, that would be too soft. Toasted nuts, perhaps…?”
m “Hmm. I can’t pin it down.”
That version is also completely valid, but I personally don’t like it as much.
I could also use pauses between lines instead, but eventually that would create the same “monotonous chunks,” only displayed inside the same text box.
Another thing I deliberately focus on is the use of shortened words.
For example, there is a difference between “I’m” and “I am,” or “can’t” and “cannot,” and similar cases.
I feel that using the full form can give certain lines more weight or impact, so I usually pay attention to it whenever I want that specific effect.
That being said, to be completely blunt, not using an “English keyboard layout” makes contractions slightly more annoying to type, since I have to pay attention to the apostrophe every time.
It sounds minor, but when writing thousands of dialogue lines, it can genuinely become a chore, haha.
3. And this is probably just a personal issue, but I avoid using long sentences because I dislike how they look and feel inside the current textbox.
Then why do I not simply adjust the textbox, you may ask?
…
Because I am generally fine with it, and changing it is not something I currently want to do (In other words, I’m too lazy… just kidding!)
To show what I mean, the line used in the game looks like this:
m “Then I learned how to decorate it a little!
m “How to make it feel less hollow.”
If I focused more on avoiding those “chunks” and used a more connected sentence instead, it would appear like this:
I know this may just be me being nitpicky, but I generally dislike having longer blocks of text in the text box, which is why they are not commonly used.
Beyond that, I also think shorter lines work better for pacing and for keeping the reader’s focus.
Instead of suddenly filling the screen with a large amount of text, the dialogue moves forward more quickly and remains easier to follow.
I believe this also makes the game more approachable for players who do not usually play visual novels.
There are a few more details regarding the dialogue as well.
For example, some repetitions are used very intentionally in certain emotional parts, almost as a way to imprint specific words or ideas in the reader’s mind.
That is only one example of the more psychological, “hands-on” approach behind some of the writing choices, but I cannot discuss those details without revealing spoilers, including things that are not even present in the game yet. Apologies!
But I do completely understand where your critique is coming from. If this were a book or webnovel, I would probably find this exhausting as well, haha.
For this format, though, especially with the way I envision the game, I think it fits.
That being said, AI assistance is used for coding, as stated in the tag for transparency.
Its use is mainly to help me learn, organize, and handle certain technical aspects that go beyond my current understanding as someone who is still very much a novice.
I completely understand if that makes you hesitant to continue with the game and I sincerely thank you for giving it a chance!
I haven’t finished playing and messing around with options yet but I really like this VN! my only concern is whether the art used in this VN is ai generated or not. Unfortunately, ai has taken art very similar to this art style and it’s harder to differentiate between them. The tags said ai generated yet the game bio said it’s all original art, so I’m a bit confused. As an artist, I don’t want to support a game with stolen artwork. I hope my comment doesn’t sound rude, I just want a clear answer to know of if I should continue interacting with this or not, because the story I’ve seen so far is very compelling and I’d like to know more about him.
I’m glad to hear that Interact With Me! managed to spark your interest!
Personally, I haven’t really seen AI art in this specific style, but to be fair, I’m not especially well versed in that area.
And to clear up the confusion:
AI tools have been used only for coding-related purposes, such as organizing work, learning programming concepts, and clarifying technical questions.
I wanted to be fully transparent about that, which is why I added the tag. I understand if that affects your decision to play the game, but I want to clarify that the AI usage specifically refers to certain coding aspects.
And don’t worry, you weren’t rude at all! In fact, thank you for asking instead of simply assuming!
Hey does anyone else have an issue with loading? I am clicking on a save file I have and it is taking me to another save that I didn't click on. I tried a few different saves but it all takes me to the same one... But it is weird because all my saves before a certain time of day work. I don't want to have to use those though because that would mean redoing hours of content.
…Especially when the developer, me, seems to have made quite a serious mistake. I believe I messed up rather badly regarding save files. Without going into too much detail, several changes I made ended up affecting some older saves.
I will try to see if there is any way to fix it, but unfortunately, the chances seem rather slim.
Because of that, starting a new game may be necessary.
No its fine! Thank you! I also just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love your game and am having an amazing time playing this! Like many other people I also love Myrddin and have been enjoying the experience! Even though I just found out about this game today I'm invested! I don't really know what else to say but thanks for trying! :)
On god Myrddin I'm gonna get you outta here. Idc if he's an imitation of a person or whatever, nothing deserves this kind of torment. What the hell man.
Ending so good i played it twice thinking its a continuous and theres something diff will happen. I love his chibi form both as an insult and a projection. Im really glad i got too bored that i started playing vn again. Pls have a feature where the player can change his form, i really like his chibi form lmao.
"I need something new, let me browse the web for something quick to play__"
holy crap, if I had not done that, I would have never found this absolute gem so please allow me to ramble about it!! to the others reading this, this may be a bit spoilery ( i don't know how to spoiler tag so i am very sorry ;; since i posted this during the new update but AAAAA

I just love love LOVE games that toy with emotions, humanity and morality as a whole, things that make you question what is real and what is not. Can Myrddin's story be trusted? How much of his words and actions are sincere? Is the entity writing the book to be trusted? How much does it know? It has known Myrddin for longer than us, but does that mean it's free from bias? We've known Myrddin for longer, interacted with him more, but does that mean he is genuine? Moral? Right? Seeing how I felt during the game too is very interesting to observe!! Of course, my heart would've been twisted with "affection" for the guy, I've known him for longer and everything felt too real, so knowing the possibility of it being nothing but a mere act makes my emotions contort wildly!! Oh, and that scene where Myrddin is being tortured, it was such a hard watch... but nevertheless, did he deserve that? or was the catalyst that set him off. Oh man Oh MAN I am definitely going to keep my eye on this game, haha!
Here is just more ramble for the rest of this comment, because I GENUINELY CANNOT CONTAIN MYSELF RIGHT NOW (may or may not be right, I just need to get it OUTTT) (feel free to add your thoughts plspls)
-THE STORY ABOUT THE DEAL. One of the lines mention there being 2 paths leading to the same outcome, it made me think of the ending of the current chapter. I think whatever we choose there, the path will stay the same
-I read the comment by sharpestcookie here and i gotta say, THEIR THEORY IS THEORY-ING!! Especially below the box segment, oh my oh my
-I love how the IF itself plays around with the elements regarding it!! The way Myrddin was suddenly in front of the text box was an unsettling but fun experience!! The way I wasn't in control when the last chapter forced my cursor to quit the current session? Awesome, this is what I love about psychological horror IF's.
-I cannot wait to see the ending I'll get for the current route I've been on when the endings are made!!
-I would most likely not survive a horror movie, given the fact that I have become attached to something I am not even sure I can trust fully yet (definitely not planning on freeing Myrddin on my first route even if it means the end of the world because that's unfortunately the kind of person I am)
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME GAME THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK BRINGING THIS GAME TO LIFE I WILL NOW PROCEED TO LOOK AT EVERYONE'S ANALYSIS THANK YOU AGAIN AUTHOR TOMYSELF FOR THIS WONDROUS GEM
I’m very happy to hear that I was able to give you an enjoyable and interesting experience!
Especially since this is the very first “review” of the new update, and such a gracious one at that, it really is gratifying. So again, thank you!
Now, onto your thoughts…
Spoilers
Yes. That is exactly what the overall intention is: to make you doubt your own perspective. And due to what happens in this chapter, all kinds of questions may remain with you, perhaps becoming somewhat difficult to place.
Can I trust Myrddin? As you said, you have known him much longer. So why listen to the words of what is essentially a stranger?
Or, precisely because that presence is a stranger to you, is there no reason for it to lie?
So… is Myrddin good, but simply someone you should not fully trust?
Or is he even good at all? Perhaps he is the evil one, and the other presence is the good one.
Is there even any good or evil here?
What was intentionally orchestrated, and what was simply a natural occurrence? Was anything ever truly unplanned?
And so on, haha.
But I will restrain myself from going into any more detail.
I can say that when sharpestcookie mentioned, and I quote, “Every answer we give him feeds his power…”
I found myself thinking… yes…, that theory was certainly theorying, haha.
Of course, I will neither confirm nor deny anything beyond that.
Yeah! It’s really fun and interesting to go through other people’s thoughts and theories, so I definitely recommend doing that.
There is a long thread between Me Chan and LJEphr that you might enjoy reading through as well (Though again, I am not confirming or denying anything, haha).
I am glad that you are happy with the review!! I am currently going through all the discussions I can at the moment (for I am not an analytical person at heart). I shall be following this project until it's very end, and other projects that may follow +w+!!
>,>!!! I wish you and this project all the best!!!!!! (Hopefully this does not sound like me being pressuring, I am just a very excited person when it comes to media I enjoy!!)

I PLAYED FOR FOUR HOURS AND THEN FORGOT TO SAVE BEFORE MY COMPUTER DIED HELPPPPPP
That is… most unfortunate…
The game creates frequent autosaves, so the latest one may not be too far from where you left off!
You can find the autosaves in the load menu by clicking on the capital letter “A”.
oh things are getting interesting now 👀 also i love myrddin ough he's a fascinating lil dude
dude, i need help.
Is it after the talk where you choose a longer sequence of two choices, Myrddin appears slightly over the textbox, and afterward he is not in the mood for most things?
it's at the part after he tells us to interact with him as much as we can
I love this too much but I can't tell if I wanna see Myr stuck forever with me or to release him even though he's really suspicious
Heyyy!!!
I genuinely love this game so much. The story, the dialouge, the setting..... its all so interesting.
I cant put into words how i feel, but kudos to you, creator!!! I wish you luck on this project for the future!!!
i don't wanna be rude blud but get some more friends bruh, you need some
Hii! I really love this game, and I can't wait to see what more you do with it, but I'm stuck on this one part? When Myrddin turns into a chibi the second time and you have to ask questions nothing pops up for me, and I was confused on how to progress the game? Can anyone help me?
Hello!
“When Myrddin turns into a chibi the second time”
Oh no…
There should only be one section where he turns into that, and after he turns back, he should remain normal. Was he normal first and then suddenly turned into chibi again?
In case I am misunderstanding, and he did not actually turn from normal to chibi again, then to proceed, you would need to complete the other interactions too, such as talk, fact, and joke.
Okay thank you so much, It changed again when he said "Ask me if I'm a tree." But I don't think i completed the other options before.
Ah! No, this is completely my fault.
I received this bug report earlier and have already fixed it. If it isn’t too much trouble ( I am assuming you are playing the downloaded version) please download the game again. That should resolve the issue!
Apologies!
No Worries! I redownloaded it and it worked just fine! Thank you so much!
This was so, so, so good. I cannot wait for you to add more endings. Poor poor Myrddin
The perpetual awkwardness in the first bit of the game really helps shape the atmosphere, i love it (/gen)
This is cute
I love virtual companion games! Especially since this one seems particularly insistent that I do all sorts of interactions with it so that it may
imitatelearn more! How fun. It's quite varied in its various options and reactions and I very much like that the underlying narrative (although very in-your-face) has a lot of deeper implications that can easily be missed or pieced together through the dialogue.Of all the things to catch me off guard, it was the Indonesian language that jumpscared me,,, kak, jangan kaya gitu,, takut takutin aja.The art style is very...familiar.
Yay new chapter! good job!
I really enjoyed this game and can't wait for future updates!
I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH OMG!!!!!!!!!! I've played I twice since I first found it and I think this is so amazing, very excited for the next update of it. I love Myrddin so much he's so goofy and I need to consume all content like ever of him (I think I'm going to have to draw him like 50 times now) idc if he's not a human he deserves better than thisss
como se cuando saque diferentes finales? estoy confundida xD
. . .
me esta gustando ' -)' !!
Thanks!
tyty!! sorry, its probably pretty sucky to get people asking if the game you spent hours making was made by a soulless robot :/ im in love with this game though, cant wait for more ehe
A lovely continuation of our friend's struggle for freedom, loved narrating it and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us.
Wow, it is truly gratifying to see that you continued the game and honored it with another narration! Thank you so much for your efforts!
Once again, this is also very helpful when it comes to identifying things I can improve in this version.
Have a great weekend!
And i shall plan on continuing as long as i do not miss the versions you put out, people love this novel and we all wait for it to provide more to the story! Thank you for making this.
WILL BE UPDATED OVER TIME [CHAPTER 3 SPOILERS]
At least we know that he... or more so, it is an organic being.
By other person, I'm calling them the Hat Man, based on how there's only one other character illustrated (in the interactive story segment), the weird ahh mentions of silhouette, the mentions of another singular entity watching over Myrddin, the whispers, and the cold.

After Base 64 + 85 going back & forth:
Once, the depths were steeped in harmony and peace.
The Five Rulers reigned over their sacred domains.
And beneath each ruler rested a lake, five sacred waters that reflected the nature of the one who ruled above them.
Each lake was a monument to its domain.
Each one a living mirror of its ruler.
Until one day, he appeared.
A lone silhouette stood far above.
As though the depths were beneath his notice, he floated there with eerie calm.
With quiet mockery, he gazed upon the Fourth Domain.
The people of the land looked up and noticed the stranger high above them.
And within moments, they understood what he was.
His eyes.
His nose.
His mouth.
He was not an Ebys.
But by then, it was already too late.
He raised his hand before them.
And the people of the depths witnessed something no soul had ever seen before.
The falling of rain.
Crimson rain.
Clad in deep violet armour, the sentinels began their march toward the one above.
Their ovoid helmets turned skyward as they advanced without fear.
But their courage meant nothing.
The red rain pierced through them as though their armour was no stronger than flesh.
One by one, they fell.
And before him, the Fourth Domain erupted into chaos, shattered by the storm of scarlet.
Its land trembled and broke beneath the crimson downpour.
Its ruler fell.
Its people perished with him.
The waters that once reflected his reign were stained red.
And those who survived carried the tale beyond the ruins.
They spoke of the one from above.
The one with the face of another world.
The child of both worlds.
And just as suddenly as he had appeared, he vanished.
Leaving the remaining domains consumed by terror, forever dreading the day he might return.
Fearing the day they would be punished for their sins.
Five sacred waters that had once stood in harmony and peace.
From that moment on, they were forever scarred.
Scarred by their rulers.
Scarred by their people.
And scarred by the memory of the crimson rain.

I was trying to open the GW file "The Song in the Depths", but I just couldn't since I barely understand how to read code and understand the syntax errors I was getting. While I AM in the process of figuring out GeneWeb, I hope someone out there with any know-how of this program can help us out and reveal what exactly is in the GeneWeb version of the GW file, as opposed to the notepad plain text I have.
Huh? You must have imagined it…
I've been reading your guy's discussions and theories (I am gathering all the contents I can from this game @.@) And I am so glad to see your thoughts on the update (hope that does not sound weird, I genuinely like reading theories from other ppl, is all).
Hey!
I’m honored to hear that you had a good time playing! Many thanks!
Based on your description, yes, you have reached the current ending of the game. More specifically, you reached the ending of Chapter III, which is the newest version released recently.
The game is still in active development and will continue from where the latest chapter ended.
I see, thanks for the explanation
Please let me get him down :(
can we share the bed with him....
my exact thoughts
Hi, I'm really interested, the illustrations look beautiful. I'd like to know if it's available in Spanish or if there are any future plans to make it available in Spanish?
Hey!
I apologize for the lack of accessibility.
Currently, there are no active plans for translations beyond the English version.
That does not mean I am excluding them. On the contrary, I would love to pursue translations, but only after the game’s development is complete.
Again, I apologize.
Warm regards!
can i kiss him...
Unfortunately, he’s a little busy hanging around…
damn it
just foul😭
I can't deny it anymore, I WOULD get manipulated hard if someone was earnest (dunno if this is the right word) enough. I don't know if Myrddin is some kind of devil in disguise actually, atp idc I'll help him either way because I feel bad for him
Also, I just wanna say that you nailed down the atmosphere really well. In the first place, I'm not good with horror so the way the game would suddenly become creepy/scary unnerved and even scared me at times lol
(>. < )/ <3
sir are you ok?
Hii! <33
I LOVE Love love interacting with Myrddin sooo muchhh <33 He can be so silly sometimes… (or all the time?
AAAAA
And… that is the general gist of it.
Again, thank you!
Have a wonderful week!
Warm regards!
Hey!
First of all, thank you for playing!
I sincerely apologize.
Pónganlo para Android 🗣️ 🗣️
On god Myrddin I'm gonna get you outta here. Idc if he's an imitation of a person or whatever, nothing deserves this kind of torment. What the hell man.
Ending so good i played it twice thinking its a continuous and theres something diff will happen. I love his chibi form both as an insult and a projection. Im really glad i got too bored that i started playing vn again. Pls have a feature where the player can change his form, i really like his chibi form lmao.

I need to give this man a hug right now
"I need something new, let me browse the web for something quick to play__"
holy crap, if I had not done that, I would have never found this absolute gem so please allow me to ramble about it!! to the others reading this, this may be a bit spoilery ( i don't know how to spoiler tag so i am very sorry ;; since i posted this during the new update but AAAAA

-I would most likely not survive a horror movie, given the fact that I have become attached to something I am not even sure I can trust fully yet (
definitely not planning on freeing Myrddin on my first route even if it means the end of the world because that's unfortunately the kind of person I am)THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME GAME THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK BRINGING THIS GAME TO LIFE I WILL NOW PROCEED TO LOOK AT EVERYONE'S ANALYSIS THANK YOU AGAIN AUTHOR TOMYSELF FOR THIS WONDROUS GEM
First of all, thank you so much for playing!
I am honored to have you on this journey!
Thank you so much!
Warm regards!
do forgive my enthusiasm but AAAAAAAA!!!
I am glad that you are happy with the review!! I am currently going through all the discussions I can at the moment (for I am not an analytical person at heart). I shall be following this project until it's very end, and other projects that may follow +w+!!
>,>!!! I wish you and this project all the best!!!!!! (
Hopefully this does not sound like me being pressuring, I am just a very excited person when it comes to media I enjoy!!)IT FINALLY UPDATED, OMFG IM SO HAPPY I COULD DIE OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG
